Returns and Refunds
Products can be returned within 14 days of purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Customer will receive an email notification once the return is received and inspected. Refund will be processed if the item is eligible for a refund, and credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment.

Gift cards and sale items are not refundable.

Exchange
If the item you received is defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of purchase for a replacement.

Shipping
Customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $70, we would recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be responsible for missing incoming deliveries.
